We accept self-referrals, as well as from GPs and other health professionals, and can help you if you are struggling with common mental health problems.

How we help
To support people with their difficulties, we offer different therapies to meet individual needs. The best therapy will depend on your particular situation.

- Guided self-help based on CBT
- CBT (cognitive behavioural therapy)
- Counselling
- EMDR (eye movement desensitisation and reprocessing)
- Interpersonal therapy (IPT)
